Raidbuilder is a complete raid management solution for World of Warcraft guilds however serious they are about raiding. It allows guilds to completely control, track and manage their raiding activities down to the finest detail if that is what's needed. We support both US and EU regions, all realms and of course both factions.
Spend more time raiding
Spend more time raiding and less time organising by letting Raidbuilder do most of the work for you. Schedule a raid and let Raidbuilder notify all your guild members of the new raid, your members can signup or make themselves available and Raidbuilder will even make it easy to run multiple teams at the same time without you needing to worry about instance lock outs. You can quickly see who is available to raid and when. Raidbuilder will automatically update character information from the Blizzard armory so you don't have to spend valuable time maintaining, or monitoring your guild members stats when they respec or gain extra resistance gear. Import data from Raidtracker, Headcount or similar mods such as who participated in the raids, what bosses were killed and what loot dropped so you don't have to waste valuable time manually entering this information.
Be more efficient
Raids are scheduled based on templates which are completely configurable by you, you decide what set up your team should be, how many healers, how many tanks even down to what classes with what build and talents can be a tank if you wish. So, you can be confident that the team you get is a team that will work for your chosen instance. Events can be subscription based or the teams can be built by your raid officers based on who has made themselves available to raid which either reduces the work required or gives more control. Also, because all characters are automatically updated from the Blizzard armory you won't end up with a DPS warrior when you expected a tank. You can also quickly see who has what keys, attunements, resistances and other stats to help make planning your raiding much more efficient.
Use whatever DKP system you like
If you want to use DKP Raidbuilder will let you manage your DKP with the minimum of fuss. It has a fully configurable DKP system so you can award DKP based on loot, boss kills, participation time or attendance or all if you like. You can maintain a reserve fund for those wipefests and can award bonuses for whatever reason you like. In short you can reflect whatever DKP system you already use, or make up your own. DKP standings, boss kills, loot and run history are all easily viewable by everyone in your guild.
Be more accurate
You will have access to a wealth of statistics to help you be more accurate without needing to carry out any extra work. You will be able to track attendance and availability and even be able to see how many times people have been "on standby" so you can fairly rotate people in your teams if necessary. See everyone's statistics like resistances, hit ratings etc. so you can get an idea who needs help in improving their gear for those particuarly difficult encounters. As already mentioned Raidbuilder does understand Raidtracker, Headcount or similar mods so your data can be even more accurate than it probably would be if you maintained it manually.
Keep everyone happy
Everyone knows running a guild is as much a lesson in politics as anything else so you can manage a Regular Raid Team separately from the more casual side of the guild if necessary to help you maintain a level of comittment without affecting the whole guild. All guild members can schedule their own events too so running heroics or even larger scale raids can be made public if you choose.
Short on signups?
If your having trouble getting enough people together for regular raids to the bigger instances you can create alliances with other guild's on your server to run your events together. Both guilds will be able to create and manage runs with members of both guilds able to sign up or make themselves available.
Experiment
If your not sure which DKP system you would like to use or just want to see "what if" then you can easily experiment using Raidbuilder. You can change DKP settings and recalculate all your DKP at any time to see how things would change. And for the more cautious of you out there you can backup and restore all your important data at any time so your experiments won't be disastrous.
